Advisory and Investor

Cornelia Beyer brings many years of experience as a successful entrepreneur in the plastics industry and as CEO of service-based companies. Her core strengths include strategic business development, the creation of scalable business models, and building strong market positioning for growth-oriented ventures.

Jakob Kratzer (B.Eng.)

Product Engineer

Jakob Kratzer is in charge with the closed-loop product development and overall equipment design. He is the contact person for:

  • Engineering, project planning and plant layouts incl. creation of P&ID and CAD projects
  • Development & Construction
  • Technical editing
  • QHSE

Bounthanome Phommalad (Dipl.-Ing.)

Business Development Manager

Bounthanome Phommalad is responsible as a paper technologist for R&D projects and technological innovations. Furthermore, he supports the conceptual design and engineering of turn-key projects. He is in charge for:

  • Customer tests

Angela Schlecht

Office Management

Angela Schlecht works in office management and supports the team in all administrative and organizational activities, as well as project support and coordination. She forms the interface between colleagues and managers.

Mirna Bekic (B.A.)

Paper technologist

Mirna Bekić brings deep technical expertise and fresh perspectives to Repulping Technology.

She is responsible for conducting experiments and performing fiber analyses in our in-house lab for both client projects and internal research.

Thomas Gerstner (Dipl.-Ing. / Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing.)

Partner

Thomas Gerstner is our partner for strategic issues, financing and M&A topics. As a consultant, he further supports the organizational development of Repulping Technology with our partners.

Dr. Peter Ballerscheff

Partner

He has decades of experience as CEO/COO of various stock corporations up to 200 employees. Further he is a management consultant since 1989, focus: supply chain management, business organisation, financial matters, controlling, business strategy, preferably in small and medium-sized enterprises.

Bernd as a Paper & Fiber Expert has many years of experience in various positions in the paper industry. Its mission is to enrich the pulp an paper industry with innovative, sustainable and high-quality products and services. He relies on highest standards in terms of efficiency, sustainability and customer satisfaction.
