Benefits & added Value

High efficiency!

Our technology sets new standards in terms of efficiency. By using cavitation pulper technology, we not only achieve a significant reduction in process times, but also a considerable reduction in energy consumption compared to conventional processes.

The result: a more efficient process that both saves costs and protects the environment.

Specific energy demand

Compared to standard technology: energy savings up to 66% with the cavitation pulper system!

  • Comparison with UBC-material
  • Values measured during opteration
  • Single-stage reject washing is taken into account

Comparison of CO2-balance

Compared to the standard process, CO2 savings of up to 47% are possible with the RT approaches!

More about

  • Greenfield approach: autonomous recycling plant with dried pulp as end product
  • Brownfield approach: integral solution in an existing paper mill

High quality!

The RT process guarantees an exceptionally high quality of the end product. With a fiber yield of over 97% and a flake content of less than 2% (e.g. UBC-material), we set new standards for the purity of the recycled material. This high quality opens up new possibilities for the reuse of materials and contributes to a more sustainable economy.
